Members of the Havre High girls cross country team starts the 2016 Central A divsional race Saturday in Belgrade. The Pony girls finished third, and will head to the Class A state meet this Saturday in Kalispell.
In the final preparation for the Class A state meet next weekend in Kalispell, the Havre High cross country teams were in Belgrade last Saturday, taking part in the Central A divisional meet.
And while neither Havre team stood atop the podium when it was all said and done, both Blue Pony teams finished third and had a number of standout individual performances. The Pony boys finished third with 74 points, well behind second-place Belgrade, which had 43 and Lewistown, which took home the team title with 30.
