Man sentenced for 5th DUI

A man was sentenced to five years to the Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine Monday in District Court for a felony fifth offense of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Brian K. Azure, born in 1970, was sentenced to a five year commitment to the DOC for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or Drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, and one year in the county jail with all but 14 days suspended for driving while a habitual traffic offender, a misdemeanor. The sentences are to be served at the same time.
