Sometimes, all that’s needed to turn a season around is one win. In the case of the Havre High boys basketball team, it will be hoping that win was against Lewistown.
The Blue Ponies, who lost Friday to Fairfield 58-45, were 1-6 coming into Saturday’s home game against Lewistown. HHS needed some momentum, and after a 60-51 victory that included 10 3-pointers, it got some.
“I think this will give us a lot of confidence,” Isaac Warp said. “This will give us some momentum, we play Browning next week and hopefully we can get a win there.”
