Blue Pony swimmers post good times in Great Falls

With the Montana State Swimming Championships less than a month away, the Havre High swim teams are going to see some much-needed, stiff competition over the next couple of weeks.

And they saw plenty of it at the Stacy Frey Memorial Meet Saturday in Great Falls.

Against a mostly-Class AA field, the HHS girls placed sixth scoring 93 points, while the pony boys scored 39 points and finished in ninth place. Bozeman High dominated the meet, winning both the boys and girls competitions, while CMR was second on both sides. The meet also included teams from Helena, Butte, Billings Central and Hardin....
