Havre's Sarah Faber wins the girls high jump at Saturday's Lions Havre Invitational held at the Havre Middle School Track. The Blue Pony girls finished second in their home meet.
The Havre High track teams hosted around 20 schools Saturday at the Havre Middle School Track for the Lions Havre track meet and both Blue Ponies teams competed well at their first home meet of the season.
The HHS girls team didn’t win the team competition, but it came close, finishing second with 115 points. Fort Benton won the meet with 145 points. Lewistown was third with 94 and Chinook was fourth with 76. The Havre boys finished with 59 points. Cut Bank won running away with 134 points. Lewistown finished in second with 74.
