Adrian Louis Corcoran of Havre, 25, was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Saturday at 1:12 p.m. after an initial report was made at 8:13 a.m.

Curtis Randal Mitchell of Madison, Wisconsin, 44, was arrested on a felony state District Court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller reported Saturday at 1:10 p.m. that a man was lying in the ditch.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Saturday at 11:22 p.m. that her granddaughter took off again.

Officers investigated suspicious activity Sunday at 1:11 a.m. near 20th Street.

Karissa Kay Kirkaldie of Hays, 30, was arrested on a Justice or city court warrant Sunday at 1:22 p.m. after a First Street West business business caller reported a domestic disturbance between a male and a female.

Amanda Rose Denny of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 4:22 p.m. that a theft had occurred at the store.

Officers investigated after a Third Avenue caller reported Sunday at 4:26 p.m. that a blue and pink bike was found.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West Sunday at 10:34 p.m. Mitchell Cleo Brockie of Havre, 40, was issued a summons on charges of violation of child restraint and failure to produce proof of insurance, and Danelle Rae Werk of Havre, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers issued two summonses after a First Street establishment caller reported today at 12:50 a.m. that there was a fight. Kyle William Fanning of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge, and Carson Joe Alacano of Mandan, North Dakota, 31, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge.

Officers made an arrest during a motor vehicle stop on Heritage Drive at 2:29 a.m. today. No further details on the arrest were provided.

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Friday, six Saturday, one Sunday and one today.

The animal shelter held this morning a male Australian shepherd, a female border collie-Labrador mix and a male border collie.
