Officers made two arrests after an 11th Street West caller reported Friday at 12:29 p.m. that someone had stolen two bikes and a backpack. John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officers or other public servant, and a revocation of suspended or deferred sentence; and a 15-year-old was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officers or other public servant and violations of conditions of release.
