Beth Kay Hannah of Havre, 31, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge Friday at 7:50 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety program violation.

Officers assisted another agency to help recover a stolen vehicle Friday at 12:47 p.m.

Craig Bahr of Havre, 47, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a open container charge Friday at 6:40 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers assisted another agency after a request was made Friday from 16th Street West Friday at 8:51 p.m.

Randall Birdtail of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 9:38 p.m. that her boyfriend pushed her into the wall, resulting in a “huge hole” in the wall.

Paul Kinniburgh of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after multiple reports were made Saturday at 7:04 a.m. from callers near S-Curve Park saying  a man was lying in the street asking to be run over. Additional callers said the incident then turned into a fight between two males.

Officers investigated after a caller from a First Street business and a nurse from the emergency room at Northern Montana Hospital reported Saturday at 1:09 p.m. that a woman was hit by a truck earlier in the day and that a hit and run victim was in the ER.

Officers investigated after a caller on Second Street reported Saturday at 3:29 p.m. that a Ford pickup truck and a Ford car collided.

Officers investigated after a Havre area caller requested Saturday at 4:23 p.m. a welfare check on her son.

Officers investigated after a 10th Street West caller reported Saturday at 5:57 p.m. that a male stole a blue Dodge Stratus and was heading to Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.

Robert Lee Lavalley of Havre, 53, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 6:22 p.m. that a drunk, naked man was outside again.

David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller near Grant Avenue reported Saturday at 6:28 p.m. that a man was lying on the sidewalk.

Officers investigated after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 12:30 a.m. a complaint about her ex-boyfriend.

——

Officers investigated after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 3:25 p.m. that a female was punched by another female.

——

Officers made one arrest and issued two summonses today at 1:17 a.m. near a Fifth Avenue business. T’Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, and two counts of endangering the welfare of children, and two 14-year-olds were each issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report that was made Friday at 10:35 a.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and probation violation after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller made a report Saturday at 5:33 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a caller 14 miles south of Inverness reported Sunday at 11:28 a.m. that a semitractor-trailer had been vandalized.

Deputies assisting Rocky Boy Police made an arrest and issuea a summons Sunday at 4:54 p.m. Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 45, was arrested on a violations of conditions release charge, and Nathan James Hurlburt of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded Saturday at 7:10 p.m. to the 1400 Block of County Road where an ATV had caught on fire. The fire was put out before anyone was hurt.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two long-haired, four medium-haired, six short-haired and two Siamese cats.
