BLM to host National Public Lands Day event at Limekiln Picnic Area

LEWISTOWN — Americans across the country will visit their favorite public lands Sept. 30, to help care for the treasured places where they play, learn and relax.

In the Lewistown area, volunteers will make improvements to the Limekiln Picnic Area in celebration of the 24th annual National Public Lands Day, the nation’s largest, single-day volunteer effort for public lands.
