Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Keenan Travis Blackbird of Havre, 20, on charges of failure to carry or produce insurance and a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on Third Street Friday at 11:07 a.m.


Officers investigated after someone connected to a Second Street business reported Friday at 11:30 a.m. credit card issues.


Officers investigated after an 11th Street West business caller reported Friday at 4:15 p.m. that a group of kids came into the business and stole things.


Officers arrested Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham of Havre, 31, on a violation of conditions release charge after a Third Street business caller reported Friday at 6:58 p.m. that “unknown things were going on in the bathroom.”


William Walter White of Havre, 51, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and failure to yield after a motor vehicle crash was reported Friday at 8 p.m. near a First Street West establishment.


Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Friday at 8:55 p.m. that someone was stealing things from the room.


Officers investigated after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 2:14 a.m. that her grandson had not returned home.


Officers investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Saturday at 9:43 a.m. a dog bite incident.


Officers arrested Chauncey Lee Foote of Lame Deer, 23, on a Justice or City court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported Sunday at 2:39 a.m. that she was told there were drugs and guns in one of the rooms.


Officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 3:04 p.m. that a shoplifter was in custody.


Officers investigated after someone reported Sunday at 7:10 p.m. that he found a pair of glasses on the sidewalk.


Officers arrested Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 26, on charges of disorderly conduct, three counts of endangering the welfare of children and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 8:13 p.m. that a drunk woman was trying to break her window, putting the three children with her in danger.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served a warrant and made an arrest Friday at 4:34 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.


Deputies arrested Memoree Sunchild of Havre, 30, on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 11:16 p.m on Third Avenue. Deputies investigated

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning five medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.


The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, two male shepherds, a male Labrador retriever and a border collie.


A boy was born Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, to Richard and Toni Johnson of Fort Belknap Indian Reservation.
