A public meeting has been set to discuss the Oakwood Village project Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Havre City Hall, just prior to the Havre City Council’s regular meeting. Affiliated Developers Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, announced last year the company was looking to purchase Oakwood Village.
