Havre hosts Bantam B state tourney

The Havre Ice Dome has been the site of many tournaments lately, with this weekend being no different.

The MAHA Bantam B State Tournament brings six teams to town, starting Friday, all shooting for the state title.

Havre enters as the No. 3 team with Billings (No. 2), and Missoula (No.5) in the blue pool. In the red pool, Gillette leads as the No. 1 team with Miles City (No. 4) and Bozeman (No. 6).

The following is the schedule for the weekend tournament:

Friday:

Game 1 Miles City vs. Bozeman, 2:30 p.m.

Game 2 Billings vs. Missoula, 4:30 p.m.

Game 3 Gillette vs. Bozeman, 6:30 p.m.

Opening ceremonies, 8:30 p.m.

Game 4 Havre vs. Missoula, 9 p.m.

Saturday:

Game 5 Gillette vs. Miles City, 9 a.m.

Game 6 Billings vs. Havre, 11 a.m.

Game 7 Third-place team in red pool vs. third-place team in blue pool, 2 p.m.

Semifinals:

Game 8 First-place team in red pool vs. second-place team in blue pool, 6 p.m.

Game 9 First-place team in blue pool vs. second-place team in red pool, 8 p.m.

Sunday:

Finals:

Game 10 (third and fourth place) Loser from game 8 vs. loser from game 9, 8:30 a.m.

Game 11 (championship game) Winner from game 8 vs. winner from game 9, 10:30 a.m.
