Army Lt. Col. Keith Lembke is the son of Roy and the late Kay Lembke of Havre and the stepson of Lee Lembke of Havre. He and his wife, Wendy, have four children: Kayly, Scott, Jessica and Joshua.

Lembke graduated from West Point in 1983. He later took his training as a Blackhawk pilot at Fort Rutger, Ala. Later on, he flew missions during Operation Desert Storm.

He is a training officer with ROTC at Fort Sheridan, Ill., awaiting transfer to Corvallis, Ore. He will head the ROTC program at Oregon State University.
