Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 9:36 a.m. Tuesday caller reported a man harassing someone on Fifth Avenue.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at Montana State University Northern at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers stopped to check a vehicle blocking traffic at Fifth Avenue and 11th Street Tuesday at 11:33 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers responded to a Tuesday 12:26 p.m. 911 call from 15th Street West with sounds of a disturbance in the background.

A stolen bike was reported at the police station Tuesday at 1:38 p.m.

Dorothy Sande of Havre, 68, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to yield at an intersection and Wyman Lucas Bringinggood of Harlem, 22, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a two-vehicle crash was reported at Third Avenue and Second Street Tuesday at 1:56 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 5:36 p.m. Tuesday caller reported a barking dog on Saddle Butte Drive.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:06 p.m. that a neighbor's pit bull was chasing people.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday people on the property who wouldn't leave.

--

A hand water pump was reported stolen on Sixth Avenue Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Officers had a vehicle towed after a Fifth Street caller reported at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday an SUV was blocking the caller's driveway.

Officers assisted Montana Highway Patrol on First Street West Tuesday at 8:14 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued for a noise complaint on Second Street at 10:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A burglary was reported Tuesday at 1:49 p.m. on First Avenue Northwest in Box Elder.

A Tuesday 3:32 p.m. report of a vehicle that was side-swiped on U.S. Highway 2 West was referred to Montana Highway Patrol, who reported no injuries resulted in the crash.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday.

--

Firefighters, accompanied by an ambulance crew, responded to a vehicle crash on the 300 Block of Second Street at 1:58 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Firefighters responded Tuesday at 5:17 p.m. to a report of a gas odor on Rich Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter has no dogs or cats as of this morning.
