EVELYN KATHERINE “EVIE” HOFER HARLEM

Evelyn Katherine “Evie” Hofer, 35, died in her sleep on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, 2007.

A wake was scheduled on Friday and Saturday at the North Harlem Colony. A funeral was scheduled for 10 a. m. Sunday at the North Harlem Colony. Evie was born Feb. 13, 1972, to Joe and Katie (Stahl) Hofer in Havre. She grew up and attended schools in Harlem and Havre. She moved from the North Harlem Colony to Havre and had been a resident of Havre her adult life. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and brother, Joseph. Evie is survived by her parents, Joe and Katie (Stahl) Hofer; brother Benny (Bri) Hofer and sister Deborah (Joe) Sisk, both of Billings; a sister Laura (Rob) Wollman of Airdrie, Alberta; aunts, uncles, five nieces, and many cousins. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Chinook, MT.
