Patricia Ann "Pat" (Berkholtz) Swank, 82, a Chester farm wife who enjoyed dancing, gardening, crossstitching, reading, darts, cards, jigsaw puzzles and her collection of Hummel figurines, died of natural causes on Sunday at the Liberty Medical Center in Chester. Pat bequeathed her body to the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, N.D. She requested that no formal funeral services be held, however, her family is planning a memorial reception with a "gathering of friends" at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Roadhouse in Chester. Memorials may be given to the Wheat Country Estates or the I.F.A.W. Local arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel in Chester. Survivors are her two children, Sherill Powell-Balsley of Valier and Scott Swank of Chester; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter
