Norquay sentenced to 10 more years

Kim A. "Junior" Norquay of Havre and Hays, born in 1979, was sentenced in state District Court in Havre to 10 years as a persistent felony offender after he pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to possession of a weapon by prisoner. Judge David Rice ordered the sentence to run consecutively with a 65-year sentence Norquay is serving for his conviction of deliberate homicide in the death of Lloyd "Lucky" Kvelstad of North Dakota.
