Power outage blacks out Hi-Line

Around 8 p.m. Wednesday night, a massive outage knocked out the power for most of the Hi-Line for more than two hours.

According to a Havre Police Department dispatcher, the blackout was reported to reach out to Chester and down to Fort Benton.

Power came back on just after 11 p.m.

NorthWestern Energy could not be reached about what caused the outage.
