UM, MSU playoff games won't be shown statewide

The Montana Grizzlies and Montana State Bobcats are in the FCS Playoffs for the first time together in some time. But when both teams play their respective games on Dec. 3, fans of both teams will not be able to see them play unless they are inside either Washington-Grizzly or Bobcat Stadium.
Jim O'Day, UM's athletic director, confirmed Sunday that while ESPN has the broadcast rights to the Football Championship Subdivision, the network is showing the first- and second-round games only on ESPN3 - its Internet-based channel.
