Breaking news: Harlem woman claims $250,000 Scratch top prize

Monica Bigby of Harlem Monday claimed a $250,000 prize in the "$250,000 cash quest Scratch Game.

Bigby was celebrating her birthday and stopped to pick up a ticket. Her birthday is on the 16th and she revealed a 16 to win. "This was a birthday I will never forget," said Monica.

She said and her husband Donald are still getting used to the idea of their big Lottery win. "We are still numb, and my husband couldn't sleep at all last night," she said.

Monica and her husband are undecided about how they will spend their Lottery winnings but said they have four sons and want to be able to share the win with them.
