Frances Ann McGillivray

Frances A. McGillivray, 84, of Chinook, died on March 28, 2013 at 11:40 p.m., comfortably in her home, after a battle with Cancer. Frances was born

in Raglan, Bench, Mont. on March 2, 1929, to her parents, Izador and Elizabeth Magda. Frances was an amazing woman of God who loved to share the Lords love with everyone. She was known as a "Prayer Warrior" and prayed for many to come to know Jesus as she had.

Frances graduated from Chinook High School.

Her death is preceeded by her loving husband, Gordon McGillivray. They were married in 1947 in Seattle, Wash. then moved to Hogeland, Mont. where they raised their sons Jerry and Ralph and dedicated work to the farm.The last several years they lived in Chinook and were very active members of The Assembly of God Church and the community. A privare burial took place at Kuper Memorial Cemetary on March 29 2013, where she was laid to rest next to her husband.

Memorial services will be held for Frances at 11 a.m., on April 20, 2013, at The Assembly of God Church in Chinook, Mont.

Memorial Donations may be made out to "Echo Ministries" in honor of Frances for the many years of service she dedicated to the Lord's work and missions in Mexico. Survivors include her sister, Helen Bleha; her children, Jerry (Jane) McGillivray of Chinook, Ralph McGillivray of Great Falls; her grandchildren, Peter (Angela) McGillivray, Jeff McGillivray and Troy McGillivray; and her great-grandchildren, Jacob, Alaina and Anthony.
