The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in March.

Jessica L. Matonich, born in 1987, was fined $200, ordered to pay $20 restitution and given a deferred imposition of sentence for isuing a bad check.

Carol Gean Duran, born in 1988, was fined $100, ordered to pay $363.78 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 149 days suspended and 31 credited, for identity theft.

———

Vanity Lee Larocque, born in 1987, forfeited an unspecified amount of bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense. In a later case, Larocque forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Marissa Lea Gardipee, born in 1976, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended and 20 credited, for driving under the influence, first offense.

———

Danielle Jo Sangrey, born in 1993, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license; owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense; and operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered. No fines or sentences were listed for any of the charges.

Donita Sue Demontiney, born in 1955, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance.

Larry Albert Bernard, born in 1984, was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for fleeing from or eluding a peace officer and was fined $350 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Leona Elaine Trueax, born in 1980, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense.

Mason William Ophus, born in 1985, was found not guilty for careless driving and for aggravated driving under the influence.

Rodney Raymond Falter, born in 1967, was fined $100 for speeding, 104 mph in a 65 mph zone and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, amended from DUI, first offense.

Vincent Scott Bradley Jr., born in 1994, forfeited $200 bond for driving without a valid driver's license, has never possessed one.

Aaron Robert Wienke, born in 1993, was fined $1, ordered to pay $88 restitution and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 83 days suspended and 97 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Jessica Ann Horn, born in 1991, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Bradley James Chivilicek, born in 1964, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver's license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and two credited, for operating a vehicle with .8 percent BAC or greater, second offense.

Tawnya Renee Anderson, born in 1989, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense.

Joshua Allen Eldridge, born in 1982, forfeited $200 bond for driving without a valid driver's license.

Douglas Everett Campbell, born in 1970, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver's license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, Campbell was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Chelsea Ann Donoven, born in 1990, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for careless driving.

George James Henderson Jr., born in 1968, was fined $500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended, for partner or family member assault.

———

Norman Brandon Brown, born in 1988, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 134 days suspended and 46 credited, for violation of a no contact order.

Kelly Walter Albright, born in 1992, forfeited $200 bond for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage more than $500.

———

A boy born in 1996 forfeited $200 bond for driving without a valid driver's license and forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

———

Stephen Lance Gone was born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver's license.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver's license, has never possessed one.

———

Nicholas Philander Blount, born in 1984, forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Marissa Lea Gardipee, born in 1976, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven B. Reed, born in 1963, forfeited $100 for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Brycen John Bartmess, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana, 60 grams of less, first offense, and was ordered to pay $200 restitution on the case.

Arnoldo Renee Gonzalez, born in 1986, was fined $100, ordered to pay $1,229.35 restitution and given a deferred imposition of sentence, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

James Douglas Raber, born in 1958, forfeited $100 bond for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Conrad Bordan Gipe, born in 1983, forfeited $100 bond for not being in possession of seven previous days' log books.

Philip Owen Kuhr, born in 1986, forfeited $225 bond for exceeding 20,000 pounds single axle weight limit.

Manuel Austin Dubois, born in 1984, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Donald Eugene Russell, born in 1957, was fined $250 for 11-hour driving rule, property carriers.

Fredrick Duane Spencer, born in 1952, forfeited $250 bond for false log.

A boy born in 1995 was fined $250 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver's license.

Daniel Lawrence Olson, born in 1973, was fined $100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, all days suspended, for littering.

Kevin Thomas Velk, born in 1986, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited for operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense, amended from DUI, second offense.

Ross Thomas Limberhand, born in 1983, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Robert Milo Flesche, born in 1961, was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for county control of dogs.

Brian Keith Larson, born in 1982, forfeited $10 bond for not being in possession of seven days' previous log books.

Shane Michael Christiansen, born in 1966, forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Seneca L. Tyner, born in 1977, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

———

In March, Judge Barger also dealt with 99 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 40 charges.
