Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made from 11th Avenue Wednesday at 8:56 a.m. of a possible scam.

After receiving a call from a 1st Street business Wednesday at 1:42 p.m. about a cash register broken into and stolen money, officers issued a summons to a 9-year-old boy for theft from a building.

Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. officers investigated a report made from a 4th Avenue business of a boy riding a bike getting hit by a car which did not stop.

Officers at the police station issued a summons Wednesday at 4:46 p.m. to a 34-year-old Chinook man for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

———

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity Wednesday at 10:52 p.m. and arrested a 36-year-old transient man for assault.

———

Today at 12:49 a.m. an officer picked up a yard ornament found on Boulevard Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

No arrests were made.

Havre Fire Department

Wednesday, emergency medical personnel responded to one call for assistance and a fire crew was called to put out a fire in a metal trash bin on the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West.

A boy was born June 26, 2013, to Jamie and Jordan Voigt of Havre.
