Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report from an agency on south 5th Avenue at 9:22 a.m. Wednesday morning that someone had broken into its garage.

An officer at the police department at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday arrested Adrian Moses Shawl, 22, of Box Elder on a Justice or City court warrant.

An officer took a call reporting a non-injury crash between a utility truck and a Jeep. As the damage was not enough to require a crash report, the officer advised the parties that they could fill out a form at the police department if they needed to report the incident.

After taking a call from a 1st Street Northeast apartment at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday, an officer referred the complaint to another agency to pursue a restraining order.

An officer took a complaint at the police department at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday that someone had made a threatening telephone call.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday at a Box Elder establishment arrested Micheal James Lamere, 32, of Box Elder on a Justice or City court warrant.

A deputy investigated a report of vandalism made at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday in Rudyard.

A deputy took a call from a U.S. Highway 2 West establishment Wednesday at 2:54 p.m. in which the caller reported a case of forgery, theft or fraud.

After a caller from a Box Elder establishment at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday reported an assault, a deputy issued a summons to Mellody Rose Descharme, 30, of Box Elder on a charge of disorderly conduct.

A deputy investigated a report of harassing telephone calls and emails made from the 1000 Block of 4th Street North at 7:07 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male, black, white and tan mixed-breed heeler dog; a male, tan and white terrier; a male, black, tan and white mixed-breed pit bull puppy, and a male, orange and white cat.
