Havre Police Department

Veronica Mae Moccasin, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:10 a.m. Thursday at the police department.

Nathan Richard Schafer, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers assisted another agency at 1:01 p.m. Thursday on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 2:51 p.m. Thursday call from Sunnyside Intermediate School about the calling party’s son being bullied.

Melissa Nagel, 38, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of shoplifting, and Nicolette Lailoni Windy Boy, 34, of Box Elder was issued a summons on two charges of shoplifting after officers responded to a 4:27 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about two woman with a little girl stuffing a purse full of items from the store and then taking off in a vehicle with a tire tied to the top of it.

Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station at 8:06 p.m.

Donald Patrick Mayer, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, seat belt violation and open container after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:34 a.m. this morning on 2nd Avenue.

Kelsie Anne Brozovich, 19, of Havre, Clay Thomas Boyce, 19, of Havre, Troy Milton Manoukian, 19, of Big Sandy, Adrian John Gasvoda, 19, of Havre and a 17-year-old were all issued summonses for minor in possession after officers investigated a 2:10 a.m. complaint this morning about four men arguing on 2nd Avenue.

Officers investigated a 2:53 a.m. call this morning about a man passed out in an alley.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 8:48 a.m. Thursday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about drug offenses.

Santana Paul Wells, 33, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on two City Court warrants after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 11:43 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Someone was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Thursday on Loredo Road. No other information was given.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday and one this morning.
