Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:44 a.m. Monday call from 15th Avenue about an assault that happened that morning.

Nicolo Gnecchi, 30, of London was arrested on two charges of possession of dangerous drugs and one of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 1:29 p.m. Monday call from the Amtrak station about a man in a brown suit jacket, white beard and baseball cap appearing to be smoking dope.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle accident between a green Dodge pickup and a white pickup after responding to a 3:01 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street and 5th Avenue.

Officers made an arrest after receiving a call from a 1st Street Northeast residence at 3:10 p.m. Monday. The caller reported underage drinking. No further details were provided.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers investigated a 9:49 p.m. Monday call from 12th Street about the calling party wanting their brother removed from their mother’s house.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Lori Ann Talksdifferent, 20, of Havre was served a Justice Court warrant at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30.
