Havre Police Department

Jessica Siya Lilleberg, 23, of Marshall, Minnesota, was arrested on charges of speeding, driving under the influence and careless driving after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:33 p.m. Monday on 1st Avenue.

Someone was arrested or issued a summons at 1:50 p.m. Monday at Havre High School.

Officers investigated a 5:03 p.m. Monday call from Lincoln Avenue about a man unable to pay a fare, needed $12 over his $8.

Officers investigated a 5:16 p.m. Monday call from Wilson Avenue about a mailbox that was broken off.

Edwin Frank Converse, 59, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:16 p.m. Monday at the police station.

Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after being late to a 24/7 Sobriety Program meeting.

Officers investigated an 11:08 p.m. Monday call from 11th Street West about a man reporting another threatened him with a knife.

Officers investigated an 11:19 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about someone trying to break into a coin machine.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 8:55 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about housekeeping finding a deceased man.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, 23, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 1:21 p.m. Monday.

Jessey Jason Harmon, 22, of Anaconda was arrested on a Justice Court warrant at 11:34 p.m. Monday on South Main Street in Rudyard.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 1800 Block of 2nd Street at 9:07 a.m. to address a malfunctioning alarm.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30, an orange male cat April 29, a black and tan male husky shepherd-mix May 4 and a black, tan and white female Basset hound May 4.
