Officers investigated a 7:24 a.m. Wednesday report of a bike left at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated an 8:28 a.m. Wednesday report of a vehicle broken into and a wallet stolen at 3rd Street during the previous night.

Officers investigated a 9:31 a.m. Wednesday report of a wedding ring stolen from a Jefferson Avenue location.

Officers investigated a 10:11 a.m. Wednesday report of a gun and wallet stolen from a vehicle on 3rd Avenue.

Officers investigated a 10:22 a.m. Wednesday report of a car window that was broken out along 6th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 6:49 p.m. Wednesday report the door of a 5th Street residence was kicked in.

Rubin Loran Stump, 41, of Rocky Boy was arrested Wednesday at 9:41 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant and for a charge of open alcohol container in the city.

After a complaint at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday of a vehicle nearly striking another at a 1st Street West business, officers issued a summons. No other information was provided.

Officers investigated a 10:35 p.m. Wednesday reported a walk out on a bill at a 1st Street West business.

Zachery James Flansburg, 20, of Havre was arrested in a Justice or City court warrant at 11 p.m. Wednesday at Hill County Detention Center.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies made an arrest at U.S. Highway 2 West business after a 4:26 p.m. Wednesday report of a shoplifter. No further details were provided.

Deputies investigated a 10:02 p.m. Wednesday report of a domestic disturbance reported on 26th Avenue West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to two calls that turned out to be false alarms, and one call of a gas smell at 11:18 a.m. on the 700 Block of 1st Street. NorthWest Energy was called to help with the gas smell and NWE personnel found a leak in the furnace which was repaired without problems.
