Two people were issued summonses after officers responded to a 3:19 p.m. Wednesday call from Havre Middle School about a fight.

Someone was arrested after officers responded to a 3:28 p.m. Wednesday call from Highland Park School about a found child.

Officers investigated an 11:38 p.m. report from a residence of a sexual offense.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 14-year-old from Gildford and a 15-year-old from Hingham were each issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after deputies investigated a 1:59 p.m. Wednesday call from Northstar High School.

Udell Michael Cly, 27, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a federal warrant after a deputy served it to him at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.
