Havre Police Department

Timothy Ryan Smith, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt Tuesday at 9 a.m. after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Justin Radim Jezek, 32, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an arrest was initiated by an officer at 12:55 p.m. at a 2nd Street address.

Raistlen Paul Katka, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs after a domestic disturbance was reported Tuesday at 1:23 p.m. from a Boulevard Avenue address.

Leland Thomas Collins, 60, of Harlem was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after someone at Northern Montana Hospital reported a disturbance at 1:48 p.m.

Jacob James Bauer, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the police station Tuesday at 7:09 p.m.

Willis Evon Clayborn,31, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and having an open container after a complaint was called in Tuesday at 10:19 p.m. from a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies did not make any arrests or serve any warrants Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 12:03 p.m. on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West where a garage caught on fire. Fire personnel were able to put the fire out without damage to nearby homes. The garage was lost.

Fire crews responded to a 4:46 p.m. call of a gas odor on the 100 Block of 1st Street West. The meters detected nothing and neither did NorthWestern Energy. No further action was necessary.
