Carmelita Marie Lamere, 60. of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of possession of dangerous drug after a caller from a 1st Street address reported Tuesday at 1:13 p.m. that someone came into his apartment then left and fell down the stairs.

A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons after a caller from Havre High School reported Tuesday at 1:48 p.m. that a student had tobacco.
