Havre Police Department

Elizabeth Primroseelaine Pitzer, 27, of Dodson was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 12:12 p.m. near 1st Street.

Jonathan Seaton, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on a traffic crime charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Tuesday at 9:07 p.m. near 16th Avenue.

An officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity this morning at 1:28 on 9th Avenue Northwest and arrested Lynn Rose Werk, 28, of Havre on charges of obstructing a peace officer and a probation violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated Tuesday at 11:48 a.m. a complaint from a U.S. Highway 87 caller north of Box Elder that the man her granddaughter has a restraining order against threatened to “come get her.”

An assault occurred at the Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:23 p.m. No further information was available.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.
