Havre Police Department

James Lee Smith, 36, of Havre was arrested on four charges of possession of dangerous drugs and one charge of theft of belongings from motor vehicles Tuesday at 1:26 p.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller reported Tuesday at 1:34 p.m. a case of identity theft.

Officers investigated juvenile status offenses after a caller reported Tuesday at 2:25 p.m. that her daughter was assaulted.

Kane Small, 31, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons this morning at 1:16 on 5th Avenue. Alexander John Stillger, 18, of Havre was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children, and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation.
