She played club for Montana Volleyball Academy, and she received all-state honorable mention as a sophomore.

Severson attended high school in Minnesota her junior year where she was recognized as one of the top 100 players in the state. She returned to Montana her senior year, and served as Flathead’s team captain, where she still holds the school record for total kills and hitting efficiency in a season.

At the end of her senior season, Severson was awarded Class AA Western Conference Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All¬Conference,  First Team All¬State, and best of preps.

“Timi is a versatile athlete that can play multiple positions,” Huebsch said. “Her addition adds more talent and depth to our team and we are excited for what she can bring to our program.”
