Regular agenda

1. Notice of bid award for the Bull Hook Storm Drain Project.

2. Construction agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation for a federal aid Highway and adjacent pedestrian facilities project.

3. Resolution No. 3739  —  A Resolution of the City Council submitting to the Qualified Electors of the City of Havre, Montana, the question of authorizing the City of Havre to exceed the statutory mill levy limit provided for in MCA 15-10-420, to fund the cost of reconstructing the streets of the City.

4. Approve Independence Bank pledged securities for quarter ending June 30.

5. Approve July claims and manual warrants.
