Emily Marie Vogler of Great Falls, 28, was issued a summons for driving without insurance.

An officer investigating suspicious activity on 18th Street at 3:06 this morning issued a summons to a 17-year-old, gender not listed, on charges of driving under the influence while younger than 21, MIP, open container violation and a juvenile curfew violation.

Erin Louise Roastingstick of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge Monday morning at 3:43 on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a trespass report called in Friday at 4:12 p.m. by a 34th Avenue West business.

Jessey Jason Harmon of Rudyard, 24, was arrested on charges of a stop sign violation, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving without insurance and fleeing and eluding a peace officer Friday at 7:51 p.m., after a Main Street, Rudyard caller reported at 5:23 p.m. an altercation and someone without a driver's license took off, "driving crazy."

Wallace Grant Doney Jr. of Hays, 23, was arrested Saturday at 6:46 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on an assault charge.

David Daniel Day III of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without insurance Sunday at 1:14 a.m. near the Hill County landfill.

Deputies investigated an assault after an 11th Street North caller reported Sunday at 8:28 a.m. that he'd been assaulted by his spouse.

Christian Michael Martell of Harlem, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 6:44 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, three Saturday and four Sunday.

A girl was born Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, to James Lowrance and Alexandra Seigel of Havre.
