Havre Police Department

Sheldon Joseph Flying of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt after testing positive on a preliminary breath test Monday at 7:45 a.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a multi-vehicle crash Monday at 5:13 p.m. at Fourth Avenue and First Street.

Officers investigated a theft after a Second Street business caller made the report Monday at 5:16 p.m., and authorities were notified to look out for a particular vehicle.

Officers investigated an animal control issue after someone reported Monday at 7:07 p.m. a dog bite.

Officers assisted a citizen Monday at 7:38 p.m.

Terra Marie Oats of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault after two reports were made. The first was a First Street Northeast caller who reported Monday at 9:03 p.m. that a woman tried to stab him with scissors. The other was a report that a woman in the hospital emergency room had been assaulted.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 11:32 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Olin Mark Henderson of Rocky Boy, 53, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 2:52 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated an assault after a caller from a First Street business requested Monday at 5:19 p.m. that a deputy speak to a woman about an assault.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call Monday at 10:55 a.m.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held a tan and white pitbull dog and a tiger-striped gray cat with five kittens.
