Obituary: Shamaya Lynn Lehua Okalani Coleman-Rios

Shamaya Lynn Lehua Okalani Coleman-Rios ("Lehua Okalani" means Lehua flower sent from the heavens), nickname  "Turtleface", born Oct. 22, 2016, aged 18 days, died in her parent's arms at Benefis Healthcare in Great Falls, Montana, Nov. 9, 2016. 

After struggling with prematurity at birth, she passed away gently into the arms of the Lord.

A small private memorial service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at 9 a.m. at Hi-Line Funeral Services.

Shamaya Lynn is the daughter of Jasmine Rios and Kristopher Coleman of Havre.  She is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for her birth with joyful expectation. During her brief visit on earth, she enjoyed the soft touches of her loved ones at her side and she was always so happy. She was loved by all who met her, and will be eternally loved and missed.

  Shamaya Lynn is survived by her parents, Jasmine Rios and Kristopher Coleman; brothers, Benjaman Coleman and Joshua Coleman of Biloxi Mississippi, sisters Grace Coleman, Abigail Coleman, and Kyra Lynn of Biloxi, Mississippi; maternal grandparents, Lynette Cline of Havre and Russell Rios of Honolulu; and paternal grandparents, Leo Coleman of Biloxi, Mississippi, and Melanie Lana Scott of Biloxi, Mississippi.
