Acyonna Braan Sponsler of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 10:15 a.m. near Second Avenue.

Kenton Eagle Chasing of Havre, 44, was arrested on a federal warrant Friday at 12:11 p.m. at a First Street business.

Robert Alexander McConnell of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked or suspended driver’s license and violations of conditions release, and Farrah Agnes McConnell was arrested for driving without insurance, Friday at 7:23 p.m. on Sixth Avenue.

Officers investigated an animal control report after a 17th Street West caller reported Friday at 8:01 p.m. that a brown and red mix-breed dog was stolen.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Saddle Butte Drive caller reported Friday at 11:48 p.m. that someone trespassed into the caller’s backyard and garage.

Joshua Daniel Kaupang of Havre, 33, was issued a summons for driving without a driver’s license Saturday at 12:32 a.m. on Boulevard Avenue.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation after a caller reported Saturday at 2:39 a.m. that their son didn’t come home.

Officers investigated a burglary after a First Street business caller reported Saturday at 4:41 a.m. that a window had been broken out.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Washington Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:22 a.m. that her lawn mower was stolen.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller reported Saturday at 1:19 p.m. that his mountain bicycle had been stolen earlier in the week.

Officers assisted a Fourth Avenue citizen after the caller reported Saturday at 3:53 p.m. that their apartment had been broken into and items were stolen.

Officers investigated a sex offense reported at Optimist Park Saturday at 4:08 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons for charges of minor in possession, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and probation violation after a caller reported Saturday at 4:40 p.m. that their daughter was intoxicated and breaking things.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 5:49 p.m. that children were throwing water balloons at a vehicle.

Morgan Virgina Leistiko of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and other traffic crime during a motor vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 12:26 a.m.

Officers assisted a Second Street citizen after a report was made Sunday at 9:58 a.m. that they needed help getting their son back.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 11:41 a.m. that his bike was stolen from his garage.

Veronica Lynn Huntley of Havre, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 3:56 p.m. at Second Street and Fourth Avenue.

Stephen Eric Engelhardt of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on charges of  assault and violations of conditions release after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 5:18 p.m. that a man spit in his face and said he was going to meet him outside.

Tamara Marie Folk of Havre, 57, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an Eighth Avenue caller reported an intoxicated woman Sunday at 11:37 p.m.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after a 10th Street caller reported this morning at 4:10 that her parents were fighting.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The sheriff’s dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests this weekend.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to the 600 Block of Sixth Street after a caller reported Friday at 5 p.m. that their carbon monoxide detector had gone off. Fire crews and NorthWestern Energy personnel concluded there was no CO in the atmosphere and the detector needed to be addressed.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, to Kasli Tielking and Ron Christiansen of Havre.
