The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger from Sept. 13 to Oct. 4.

A woman born in 1994, and younger than 18 at the time charged, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, under 18, second offense, no fine or sentence listed.

Annmarie Rose Cantrell, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Collin Raymond Frey Carlson, born in 1992, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Zakary Kenneth Canning, born in 1995, was fined $200 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for reckless driving, first offense.

Samuel Dale Smith, born in 1993, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Raudel Escalona-Armas, born in 1980, forfeited $100 bond for no, bad or inadequate load securement.

——

Candida Champagne, born in 1980, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Didar Singh KhunKhun, born in 1955, forfeited $100 bond for log not being current.

Joseph Charles Bigknife, born in 1988, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Riley Allan Labuda, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without insurance, first offense.

Sommer Ann Dodson, born in 1981, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving under the influence, first offense.

Bonnie Windyboy, born in 1980, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Kolby Scott Anderson, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for speeding, 75 mph in a 35 mph zone.

——

Jacinda Jean Doney, born in 1997, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

——

Bobbi Jean Flying, born in 1995, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

——

Christopher S. Shear, born in 1977, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and was ordered to pay $200 restitution on the case.

Shawn Kenneth Kolb, born in 1989, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal possession of marijuana, second offense, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $470 restitution.

Michael Charles Pullin Jr., born in 1988, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Clare M. Shambo, born in 1973, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Andrea Ann Meyers, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Steven Thomas Morsette Sr., born in 1963, was fined $120 for speeding, 97 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Kevin Wayne Coleman, born in 1985, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

——

Kolton James Brough, born in 1994, was fined $120 for speeding, 92 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Janna Lea Chavez, born in 1964, was fined $150 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Raydon Steven Thomas, born in 1992, was fined $200 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to show driver’s license to other parties involved in a crash and fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Britney Ann Nelson, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana.

Francisco Valencia, born in 1974, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Judge Barger also dealt with 26 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed seven charges. Barger transferred 11 citations to another court and held eight probable cause hearings for cases out of her jurisdiction. Additionally, one suspended sentences or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated and two probation and parole violations went before the judge.
