Havre Police Department

Officers assisted Rocky Boy Police after a caller from the department requested a welfare check on someone Tuesday at 7:48 a.m.

Kyle Tucker of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of  non-aggravated partner or family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after an Eight Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8:52 a.m. that her ex was behaving violently.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near Sixth Avenue reported Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. that a blue vehicle slid into her pickup truck.

Annaca Lee Nault of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving without a driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop near the Havre RV Park Tuesday at 5:01 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a First Street business caller made a report Tuesday at 6:20 p.m. A summons was issued, but no further information was provided.

Jeri Ann Virginia Salazar of Havre, 23, was arrested today at 2:54 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller near Third Street and Third Avenue  reported, earlier, at 12:38 a.m., that a fight was in progress.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff’s dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Tuesday at 12:47 p.m. on the 600 Block of 31st Street North, where an alarm had malfunctioned and went off. The alarm was replaced and no further action was necessaruy.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a black and white feral cat, a black, a black feral cat, four black feral kittens, a calico cat, an orange male kitten, a gray and white male kitten, a tiger-striped male kitten, two gray and white cats and a long-haired, tiger-striped cat
