Joshua James Fredrick Nimmick of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Monday at 7:50 a.m.

Officers assisted a citizen who stopped by the police station Monday at 10:49 a.m. to report having more information on her stolen phone.

Officers investigated after a Second Avenue caller reported Monday at 10:55 a.m. that the bars were pried off and something was written on the windows.

Alexander Dennis Eakins of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of failure to produce or carry insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, obstructing a peace officer and revocation of a suspended or deferred sentence Monday at 3:44 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Montana Avenue business caller reported Monday at 4:19 p.m. that they found stolen hockey gear that had been pawned.

Kaleb Bruce Rockers of Great Falls, 27, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and a headlamp violation Monday at 9:44 p.m. on First Street West.

Officers investigated during a building check of Montana State University-Northern this morning at 2:22 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted a citizen after a 40th Avenue Southeast caller reported Friday at 3:53 p.m. that they were being scammed.

Deric Neufeld of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a 70th Avenue West caller reported Friday at 9:44 p.m. that his son was throwing stuff around the house.

A 16-year-old was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a call came in Saturday at 10:43 a.m. from a U.S. Highway 2 East caller asking for assistance.

Deputies investigated after a 12th Street caller reported Sunday at 3:16 p.m. that their cabin was broken into.

Jeremiah Israel Davis of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving without a driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and driving without vehicle insurance Monday at 7:17 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on the 1000 Block of Seventh Street and Pike Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.

Fire crews responded to a call Monday at 4:45 p.m. on the 2300 Block of 49th Street where a hay bale caught on fire. The Bear Paw Volunteer Fire Department responded and the fire was contained without any major damage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a small red terrier mix, a female German shepherd and a brown spaniel.
