Officers investigated after a caller reported a noninjury motor vehicle crash Tuesday at 8:11 a.m. on 13th Street.

Officers investigated after a 12th Street and 12th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 3:25 p.m. that bus 21 was rear-ended. The driver who hit the bus was cited for speeding. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 5:57 p.m. that a domestic disturbance had happened earlier.

Officers arrested three people during a motor vehicle stop on First Street West Tuesday at 11:07 p.m. No further information was provided on the arrests.

Thomas Wayne Gruber of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to notify owner of damage to property or street and failure to give notice of accident after a Ninth Street and Seventh Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:15 p.m. that a white four-door car slid into a tree on the corner property.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a Fourth Street North caller reported Tuesday at 10:16 a.m. that items were missing from his property.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. at a Montana State University-Northern dorm where the smoke alarm had been set off after someone burned a steak. The alarm was reset, no damage was done and no one was hurt.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning seven medium-haired cats and one long-haired and one short-haired.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, two male shepherds and a male Labrador retriever.
