Havre girls finish third in Class A at Montana State Swimming Championships

Havre High senior Amelia Miller qualified for the finals of the girls 100 freestyle at this weekend's Montana State Swimming Championships in Great Falls. Miller and the Blue Pony girls finished third in the Class A team standings.

The Havre High swim teams are young in many spots throughout the lineup. So, the 2018 Montana State Swimming Championships turned out to be a weekend of learning and growth for many Blue Pony swimmers. And for others, it was their final shot at glory.

The Blue Ponies competed in the state meet Friday and Saturday in Great Falls, with the Havre girls scoring 18 points to finish third in the Class A competition.
