Havre Police Department

Jacob James Bauer of Havre, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt Wednesday at 8 a.m. at Havre Police Department after a report of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Thomas Mark Mohar of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on endangering the welfare of children Wednesday at 8:38 a.m. on 18th Avenue Northeast after a caller reported a child running around.

Officers issued a verbal or written warning Wednesday at 11:10 a.m. on 17th Avenue West after a caller reported his dog was bitten by another dog.

Carmela Tonasket of Havre, 32, was arrested on a tate District Court warrant Wednesday at 5:40 p.m. on Third Street.

Officers investigated a theft Wednesday at 6:42 p.m. after a report at the police department of someone getting scammed out of $400.

Officers assisted a resident after a Wednesday 8:39 p.m. from 2nd Street for a welfare check.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center Wednesday at 12:39 p.m.

Royden Leslie St. Marks of Rocky Boy, 46, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and on charges of no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without valid registration after a vehicle stop on main street in Box Elder.

Deputies made an arrest during a vehicle stop on 80th Avenue East at 1:54 a.m. today, but no details were provided about the charges.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six medical calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Wednesday at 1:37 p.m. on the 300 Block of 13th Street West. The alarm was a false activation.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 16-week old male border collie, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, a 6-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, and a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier.
