Havre Police Department

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were each arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, two counts, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession; Brauk Irvin Wood of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children; Seth Daniel Swick of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, two counts, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children and MIP; and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, two counts, possession of drug paraphernalia and MIP, when an officer on Fifth Street was serving a warrant Tuesday at 7:18 a.m.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported Tuesday at 12:29 p.m. two vehicles had backed into each other.

Jennifer Jean Longknife of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing justice after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft Tuesday at 2:18 p.m.

Timothy Eric Wolfchild of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of probation violation on Third Avenue Tuesday at 2:36 p.m.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of assault, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and probation violation after a caller at an 11th Street West business reported two girls fighting at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Kory Christopher Ross of Ulm, 32, was issued a summons Tuesday at 3:53 p.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A summons was issued at the police station at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Marlon John Roastingstick of Box Elder, 40, was issued a summons on charges of partner of family member assault, reckless driving, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and violation of child restraint after several callers at a First Street business reported a domestic disturbance at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Marvin Lee Cure of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on two state District Court warrants served Tuesday at 12:46 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Jennifer Jean Longknife of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at the detention center Tuesday at 2:57 p.m.

A suspicious man was reported near a Box Elder establishment Tuesday at 10:16 p.m.

Eric Shawn Roastingstick of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant during a vehicle stop at a Box Elder establishment Tuesday at 11 p.m.

Cattle were reported loose along U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 97 by several callers Tuesday and this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 24-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 1-year-old male Chihuahua and a 19-week-old male Australian shepherd.
