A new beginning for Northern football starts Saturday against Mayville State
Montana State University-Northern quarterback Tommy Wilson throws a pass during a 2017 Frontier Conference game last fall in Havre. Wilson and the Lights don't open Frontier play until next weekend, but, the season starts Saturday when Northern hosts Mayville State.
This is the moment the Montana State University-Northern Lights, new head coach Andrew Rolin, all of Northern's assistants and all Light's fans have been waiting for. Yes, it's finally game day for the Lights, and they want to not only kick off the Rolin era with a bang, but also complete their first goal and that's to be 1-0 in 2018.
