Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and failing to yield right of way and Carleen Ann Stimson of Havre, 56, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct during a vehicle stop on First Street at 12:28 p.m. Wednesday.

Casey Gerald Dupris of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on a charge of driving without a driver's license and on two Justice or City Court warrants during a vehicle stop on 13th Street West Wednesday at 3:44 p.m.
