Havre Police Department

An officer initiated a vehicle stop on Bullhook Road at 8:04 a.m. Friday, after noticing that the driver matched the description of someone law enforcement was looking for.

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 8:16 a.m. on Third Street.

--

A summons was issued after a caller on Ninth Avenue Northwest reported a violent dog Friday at 9:31 a.m.

--

A Fifth Street caller reported a stolen truck Friday at 9:59 a.m.

--

One 13-year-old was issued a summons and another 13-year-old was arrested, each on a charge of disorderly conduct, after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a disturbance at 12:10 p.m. Friday.

A caller at a Montana Avenue business reported a stolen gun Friday at 2:51 p.m.

--

Joshua Kay Blatter of Havre, 29, was issued a summons Friday at 6:06 p.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge related to a Drug Court violation.

Jason T. Bigknife of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a First Street West establishment asked officers Friday at 8:50 p.m. to drive around the building to search for a suspicious man.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a careless driving charge, during a vehicle stop on Second Street West.

Amanda Rae Martin of San Leando, California, 30, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street establishment asked officers Saturday at 1:46 a.m. to come check out the bathroom.

Betty Bailey Ranes of Havre, 58, was arrested at the police station Saturday at 8:13 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller at Third Avenue and Third Street reported a non-injury vehicle crash between a sport utility vehicle and a Ford Focus Saturday at 10:31 a.m.

--

A Dodge Ram slid into Bullhook drainage on Fourth Avenue at 10:46 a.m. Saturday.

--

A caller on Seventh Street reported a domestic disturbance Saturday at 3:46 p.m.

--

A Havre High School administrator asked Saturday at 7:41 p.m. for officers to provide standby assistance at the gymnasium.

Catherine Autumn Star St. Marks of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and James Allen Dominick of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, during a vehicle stop on 15th Avenue Saturday at 9:32 p.m.

Cole Thomas Young of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of traffic crime, no insurance and driving under the influence, during a vehicle stop at U.S. Highway 2 and 16th Avenue Sunday at 2:16 a.m.

Jennifer Rae Ehry of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a faller at Northern Montana Hospital reported a dog bite Sunday at 9:10 p.m.

--

Officers were asked Sunday at 10:42 p.m. to assist Rocky Boy Police Department in locating a stolen vehicle they thought might be in Havre.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Fort Belknap caller asked for assistance Friday at 9:30 a.m. looking for a stolen vehicle.

A caller on First Avenue West in Kremlin reported a stolen vehicle Friday at 11:47 a.m.

--

Joshua Daniel Kaupang or Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property and on five Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 East reported Friday at 3:59 p.m. four tires had been stolen.

An officer reported Saturday at 1:06 a.m. initiating investigation of a stolen vehicle on 13th Avenue.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 1:36 p.m. a stolen vehicle.

--

Deputies were asked Sunday at 9:16 a.m. to assist Rocky Boy Police Department in locating a stolen vehicle they thought might be in the Havre area.

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 38, was issues a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast reported vehicles racing on the highway Sunday at 8:18 p.m.

--

Sean Ryan Koivisto of Williston, North Dakota, 23, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Highway 2 West Sunday at 8:29 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Saturday, two Sunday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, one short-hair cat, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and two long-hair 6-month-old kittens of unknown gender, one medium-hair female cat and four medium-hair male cats, as well as nine cats for its trap-spay/neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning a male American bulldog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-corgi 8-month-old puppy, a male shepherd dog and a female Anatolian shepherd-husky 10-month-old puppy.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, to Aimee Jo Gardipee and Lorenzo J. Rodriguez of Havre.

A boy was born Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, to Bailey and Christopher Walter of Havre.
