Havre Police Department

Officers made an arrest during a vehicle stop on First Street West at 1:26 p.m. Thursday. No details were provided on the charges, but Tony Mariani, a woman named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed this morning in the jail roster on a felony charge of possession of dangerous drugs with no bail determined.

Officers made an arrest on a warrant on Second Street Northeast Thursday at 7:52 p.m. No details were provided on the charges.

Everette Dale Windyboy of Havre, 66, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass to property, after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported at 7:53 p.m. Thursday that an intoxicated man would not leave the business.

A caller driving on Pike Street Thursday at 9:39 p.m. reported that multiple vehicles were following him. The driver called back at 10:36 p.m. from First Street and officers made a vehicle stop related to these calls on Ninth Street at 10:40 p.m. No tickets were issued or arrests made.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Stefan Shane Hickel of Dodson, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 4:15 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters and an ambulance responded to a report of a gas leak on the 600 Block of Fourth Street. A faint smell was detected and the NorthWestern Energy crew that responded found and repaired a loose fitting.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one long-hair 8-month-old kitten and a medium-hair 7-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, two medium-hair male cats, one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair female cat. Seven cats are also being held for the shelter's trap-spay-neuter-release program.

The Havre shelter also held this morning three female mixed-breed dogs, female shepherd-Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 16-week-old puppy, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-Australian shepherd dog, two male 8-week-old pit bull terrier puppies, a male pit bull terrier dog and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog.
